CHROMIUM
Function: Chromium is expected to help us use carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
Food Sources: Meats, such as ham, beef, and turkey, bread and other grain products, vegetables, such as lettuce and green beans, fruit, such as apples and bananas.
Deficiency: Symptoms similar to diabetes, such as weight loss, impaired glucose tolerance, neuropathy, anxiety, fatigue and muscle weakness.
